The ErgoBar is the evolution of conventional locking bars with rack and pinion tensioners. The bar offers the same locking capacity but with many advantages over other bars on the market. The ErgoBar is placed in contact with the goods to prevent shifting of the goods in closed van or refrigerated trucks. The bar has an internal mechanism with an eccentric tensioner at waist height. Easy to handle, it allows any person to manipulate the bar without any danger and even without previous experience. Its design allows the bar to hold itself in a vertical position with the handle open, allowing the bar to be used with one hand both horizontally and vertically. The bar is manufactured with a square profile that offers a completely smooth and continuous contact surface with the mateiral to be locked. Replacement rubber buffers and handles are available for possible replacements or repairs. The replacement of the feet is done without exerting pressure on the lower spring. It is very lightweight and is height adjustable by steel push button without the need to manipulate pins or moving parts that can be misplaced. It provides greater locking capacity. Its pressure in parking position allows to store bars in the same point of the truck without the risk of damaging the roof. 100% sustainable and recyclable product.
