Management statement

FORANKRA ESPAÑA, S.L.U. has implemented an Environmental, Quality and Occupational Safety Management System in the manufacture of its products. This system is intended to meet all the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14.001 and ISO 45001 in its latest updated version, as well as the requirements of the UNE Standards and applicable legislation.

The management of FORANKRA ESPAÑA, S.L.U. has appointed a person in charge of Environmental, Quality and Safety Management at Work, who coordinates and carries out the establishment of the Environmental, Quality and Safety Management Manual.

The Management of FORANKRA ESPAÑA, S.L.U. is committed to:

• Develop and review the Environmental, Quality and Safety management system.
• Develop and review the necessary processes of the Environmental, Quality and Safety Management System.
• Develop and ensure the effectiveness of continuous improvement.
• Communicate throughout the organization the need to satisfy customer, environmental, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and review environmental, quality and safety policy and objectives.
• Ensure the availability of resources.
• The person in charge of Environmental, Quality and Safety Management has the authority, responsibility and freedom to:
  • Identify problems related to the environment, quality and safety.
  • Implement solutions.
  • Control and guarantee that the established actions have been carried out.
  • Control and verify that environmental, quality and safety guidelines are correctly applied in all company departments.
  • To ensure the achievement of continuous improvement in the company.
  • Ensure that the necessary processes for the Environmental, Quality and Safety management system are established, implemented and maintained.
  • Report to top management on the performance of the environmental, quality and safety management system and any need for improvement.
  • Ensure that awareness of customer, environmental and safety requirements is promoted at all levels of the organization.

The Environmental, Quality and Safety Management Manual is the result of a consensus between the Management of FORANKRA ESPAÑA, S.L.U. and all the employees of the company, and expresses a common desire for environmental, quality and safety improvement and is disseminated by the different departments involved. Revisions and changes to the Environmental, Quality and Safety Management Manual shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Control of Documents and Records procedure.
All methodologies and operations established in the Environmental, Quality and Safety Management Manual must be complied with by all employees of FORANKRA ESPAÑA, S.L.U.
