Through resource efficiency and our highly committed employees, we strive to achieve sustainable operations.

We reduced ourCO2 emissions in line with the 1.5 degree target of the Paris agreement.

We are committed to reducing our CO2 emissions reductions under Scope 1 and 2 of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol by 50% by 2030, with a baseline of 2020. We will make this happen by focusing on energy efficiency, electricity and the use of renewable energy sources.

We minimize waste and view all waste as a resource.

As part of our sustainability strategy, we want to reduce our waste as much as we can. The long-term goal is for zero waste to go to landfill or incineration. To ensure continuous improvements, we continuously measure our waste management and seek solutions for reduction.

We want to be the most attractive employer in our industry.

We therefore provide our employees with group-wide people development programs and focus on workplace wellness, as well as diversity and inclusion.
