Communication of the Supplier Evaluation and
and control of suppliers.

In compliance with our integrated management system (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and PECAL), we inform all our suppliers and subcontractors of products, handling and services directly involved in the product requirements that will be evaluated annually as follows:

• Supplier Questionnaire (if applicable).
• Continuous evaluation by means of reception control of the material delivered or service rendered.
• Recording and analysis of incidents, claims and non-conformities.
• Annual supplier evaluation, taking into consideration all of the above points.

Based on the above analysis, a decision can be made that, considering the supplier's performance in terms of the products or services provided:

• The latter will be able to maintain the position of accepted supplier.
• or will lose its condition of accepted, in case that after the analysis of the results obtained from the evaluations of the reception control are negative.

During the first few months of the year, each supplier with a low score will be notified of the assessment they have obtained and whether measures are required to maintain their status as an accepted supplier.

All products and services requested from our suppliers are subject to AOC (Official Quality Assurance), so all our suppliers, upon prior notification, are granted access to their facilities to evaluate compliance with the PECAL standard.
