Fastening tools : Forankra

During urban transport and short-distance delivery there are also forces acting on the goods being transported, which is why it is very important that the goods are correctly secured with fastening devices.

During transport, the inertia force causes lateral displacements forwards or backwards. If the load were to move, the force would cause a movement that would cause the weight of the load to be much greater than its actual weight.

Features

AERONAUTICAL RAILS

Aeronautical rails provide fast and secure longitudinal anchor points.
They can be installed on the sides, floor and ceiling.
They are made of aluminum and there are different qualities depending on each application and need.
Rails can be manufactured to any required length.
Depending on the number and diameter of mounting holes, direction of force and vehicle construction, the load holding capacity will vary.

BELTS AND HARDWARE

The lashing belts for vans and light vehicles are manufactured at our facilities in Cerdanyola del Vallés.
We have a wide range of hardware, tensioners, buckles and straps, which we can customize with the name or logo of each customer.
Conforming to EN12195-2, they provide maximum safety.
Designed for the most complex applications.
High security with fewer tie-down straps.
In-house development and manufacturing

BARS

Easy and quick to install. Effortless positioning thanks to the compression spring.
Pin height adjustment without the use of tools. Effortless tensioning, handling of the bar at arm's length.
Lightweight 2.5 Kg, mainly made of aluminum, and with steel stops.
On request, it is supplied with central protection that preserves the bar and offers greater handling comfort.
Ø24mm steel stops for universal rail.
Ø19 mm buffers are available on request for aeronautical rails.
