Every transport unit must have the following equipment on board :- one chock per vehicle, of dimensions appropriate to the maximum permissible gross mass of the vehicle and the diameter of the wheels NOT INCLUDED ;- two self-supporting warning signs NOT INCLUDED ;- eye wash liquid not required for hazard label numbers 1.1,1.4,1.5,1.6,2.1,2.2, and 2.3; and for each member of the vehicle crew: ;- a vest or fluorescent clothing similar for example to that described in the European standard EN 471:2003+A1:2007 ;- a portable lighting device with no metallic surface; - a pair of protective gloves; - a pair of protective gloves; and for each member of the vehicle crew: - a pair of protective gloves; - a pair of protective gloves; - a pair of protective gloves; - a pair of protective gloves; - a pair of protective gloves. a pair of protective gloves; and - eye protection equipment e.g. goggles Additional equipment required for certain classes:- an emergency escape mask e.g. an emergency escape mask with combined gas/dust filter type A1B1E1KI-P1 or A2B2E2K2-P2 similar to that described in EN14387:2004 + A1:2008 for each crew member on board the transport unit for hazard labels number 2.3 or 6.1;- a shovel is only required for solid or liquid materials with hazard labels number 3, 4.1, 4.3, 8 or 9 ; - a sewer inlet plug is only required for solid or liquid materials with hazard labels number 3, 4.1, 4.3, 8 or 9 ; - a collecting vessel is only required for solid or liquid materials with hazard labels number 3, 4.1, 4.3, 8 or 9 ;
