The ISOLEX isothermal insulation for containers is a system that protects the cargo during transport in 20', 40' and 40 BOX containers from sudden temperature changes and the effects of humidity. It is especially indicated to protect from temperature changes in those products and materials sensitive to these changes (wines, juices, cosmetic oils, chemical products, etc.).

The system is composed of an insulating liner with a flexible fiber closure. A base reinforced with polyethylene film that allows the use of forklifts for loading and unloading the container. Ø3.2 MM magnets (20' 6 units - 40' 12 units) and 3 extendable fixing bars.

Instructions


It is installed by one person in less than 5 minutes. The system has telescopic tubes for the base and upper parts of the container, easy to adjust.
It is also equipped with magnets that simplify placement.

INSTALLATION MODE

1. Deploy the ISOLEX inside the container.
2. Place the first extendable clamping bar in the lower rear retaining channel of the container.
3. Place the second extendable clamping bar at the top rear of the container and unfold the ISOLEX forward.
4. Place the third extendable clamping bar at the top front of the container.
5. Place the magnets to secure the sides of the container.
6. Close the door of the ISOLEX once the loading is completed with the flexible fiber fasteners.
