Tubular Lifting Slings : Forankra

Lifting slings can be used in combination with grade 8 chain components. Slings are lighter in weight compared to chain, and their smooth surface does not damage the goods being lifted. They are also more flexible and can be made in different formats. Slings are manufactured in different colors and make it easy to recognize the maximum load for each sling.

Slings must be manufactured in accordance with current standards.
The safety factor is 7:1.

Features

The tubular slings are made of polyester and consist of a multifilament covered by a tubular of the same material.
They can be supplied in round format or with two glands.
Closed tubular slings are measured in usable length. For example useful length 1 meter development 2 meters.

Since January 1, 1995, lifting slings must be CE marked. This is evidence that the slings comply with the EU machine directive.
