Non-Reusable Lifting Slings

Single-use slings for export and unidirectional routes.

NON REUSABLE polyester slings. Manufactured under EN1492-1 F:S 7:1 or UNE40901 F:S 5:1 standards.

NON REUSABLE slings are part of the logistic process in the industry and facilitate the production, storage, handling and dispatch of the material.

Features

The strength, length and width of the single-use slings must be studied together with the customer once the characteristics of the package are known.
In our facilities we have a stock of standard material, of the most demanded sizes and tons, but remember: a sling must always be adapted to the material to be lifted.
 
  • Non-reusable slings are manufactured under EN-1492-1 or UNE40901 standards with a 7:1 or 5:1 safety factor, depending on each customer's specifications.
  • We have standard length slings in stock and upon request we can manufacture any type of sling in length and tonnage.
  • CE marked and in compliance with MACHINE DIRECTIVE

PRODUCTION Slings are placed on the package at the end of the production process to facilitate handling and loading.
STORAGE The packages are stored with the slings. When moving the load the slings will help us during the process.
HANDLING The package is moved using the same slings.
SHIPPING Packages are shipped to customers with slings. Slings must be recycled when separated from their package.

Instructions
