Log in!
Access to the Customer Portal can be made from our website, by clicking on the Customer Portal icon located in the top menu. You can also access it directly at intranet.forankra.es

To access the portal you must have a username and password.

The following are the steps to follow:
  1. The first time you access the portal, you must contact us so that we can provide you with your user.
    You can contact us by email at info@forankra.es, by phone at 93.580.06.60, directly with your interlocutor in Forankra or from our web chat.
  2. Once you have the user, log in to the platform and request to recover the password.
  3. The intranet platform will automatically send you an e-mail with the password for you to access.
  4. Access the platform.
