Features

Valve

AIRGOVALVE. Ultra fast inflation valve. Manufactured with HDPE high density polyethylene. Automatic self-closing valve with cap: No need for handling after inflation. Lateral position of the valve for better ergonomics when inflating the bag. The safety system incorporated in the valve does not allow the entry of air once the bag has been filled, so the use of the cap is optional. All valves are individually tested.

Exterior

Outer coating in PP Polypropylene woven in sheets. High resistance and flexibility.

Interior

Inner line Low density polyethylene LDPE. High strength and flexibility

Gun

AIRGOGUN Venturi effect. Fast inflation, saving between 50% and 70% depending on the configuration.

The venturi effect uses the air from the compressor together with the ambient air and allows a greater air intake into the bag. This effect (called venturi) allows a faster and more efficient filling in a minimum of working time.

Security

During inflation, there is no risk of the bag bursting, thanks to the automatic pressure adjustment.

Resistance

High shock absorption capacity. The maximum load of the bag will depend on the AirGObag and the gap between the goods.  

Humidity

Moisture and water resistant bags. They can withstand a relative humidity of 90% at 60ºC.

Inflation/deflation time

From 11 seconds to 37 seconds to maximum filling, depending on the dimensions of the bag.

Instructions

  • Before use, check the bag for any damage and check the valve.
  • Filling time will depend on the hose, air pressure and bag size.
  • The necessary pressure is 0.08 to 0.1 bar. If your pressure circuit is higher than indicated, you should reduce the pressure so that it does not exceed the inflation of the bags.
  • Check the maximum recommended pressure printed on the bag before inflating.
  • The bag must not touch sharp or pointed objects.
  • When in use, the bag should remain 5-6 cm above the ground to avoid contact with the ground.
  • Do not place two bags together to fill the same hole.
  • Verify that the maximum surface area of the bag is in contact with the goods.
  • The bag can deform the container cover and damage the goods.
  • Never place the bag as a stopper on the container doors.
  • The maximum bag load depends on the bag and the gap between the goods.

Inflation
  1. Insert the air gun into the valve.
  2. Inflate until you feel air coming back through the gun.
  3. The safety valve does not let in more air than allowed.
  4. Turn the gun 90º to close the valve and remove the gun.
  5. Close the trim.

Deflation
  1. Open the trim.
  2. Press the button on the valve and turn it 90° so that it remains open.
  3. DO NOT USE CUTTERS OR KNIVES TO DEFLATE THE BAG.
